Flying Trapeze Class Guidelines and Information
Beginning Flying Trapeze classes meet on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am -
11:30. Punctuality is important.
Allow ample extra time for street parking. If all else fails, there are parking lots
located on the corner of Frederick and Stanyan Streets, and at the intersection of
Irving and Arguello Streets.
Do not wear loose or baggy clothing. Tights or close-fitting sweats are
recommended, shorts are also acceptable. Socks or gymnastic shoes are
recommended. No street shoes are allowed during flying.
Long hair must be pulled back with an elastic band. No plastic or metal hair
clips.
Glasses are not recommended. If it is absolutely necessary that they be worn,
they should be made of a break-resistant material and must be secured by an
elastic strap.
Enrollment and Price Information
One Flying Trapeze class costs $42.95.
Classes must be reserved in advance through the SFCC office at 415.759.8123
ext. *810, not through the flying trapeze instructors. Payment is due at the time
the reservation is made, not at the time of the class.
Should you need to re-schedule or cancel your reserved class, please call the
office no later than the Wednesday prior to your class. Cancellations made later
than that may not be refundable.
Beginning Flying Trapeze Class Guidelines and Information
* Must be 13 years of age or older.
* Maximum weight: Our instructors, who vary in size, can safely belay up to 200lbs.
* Maximum waist: Our safety belts are designed to accommodate waists up to size 38.
* Classes offered Saturday and Sunday, 10am – 11:30am, maximum of 8 flyers.
* Punctuality strongly encouraged.
* Reserve classes in advance through the office during business hours.
* Payment due at time of reservation.
* Cancellations accepted up to 72 hours before the day of your reservation.
* Loose or street attire discouraged, close-fitting athletic wear suggested.
* Glasses discouraged, but if worn, must be break-resistant and secured with elastic strap.
* Price: $42.95 per student per class.
Minimum age for parties and kid's camp: 7 years old
