ZumbaŽ Fitness (Drop-In) You’ll learn the different Latin rhythms like Merengue, Salsa, Samba, Raggaeton, and Cumbia with other fun styles thrown in like Belly dancing, Swing, Greek, and Hip-Hop. Zumba Fitness is like a big dance party that will have you burning calories in no time. You don’t need to have a dance background to come and enjoy yourself. I guarantee you will smile at least once and the hour will pass before you know it! Zumba Basic is geared towards people age 13 and up to the active and healthy older adult. If you have specific needs or are just starting the journey back to a healthy lifestyle this class may not be for you. I suggest taking a Zumba Gold class that will be slower paced and will address the anatomical and physiological needs of the students. Enroll |
