For community members who have demonstrated sufficient skill level, safety awareness, and an ability to share the space in a respectful manner, we are happy to offer Independent Training. Must be 16 or older.

OPEN GYM SELF-BOOKING SYSTEM
With our new self-booking system, approved Independent Training students will be able to use the Momence platform to:
- Purchase day passes or monthly unlimited passes
- Book one 2-hr block/day with a space/point/resource
- Early and late cancel
You can find all of these functions under a new tag in Momence labeled "Open Gym."

PROGRAM HOURS
- Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 6:00 PM -8:00 PM
- Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
2 Hour Blocks for Training
Independent Training training offers users a maximum of one 2-hour training block per day. If you would like to book a shorter time block, please contact the Front Desk at info@circuscenter.org.
Because we are first and foremost a place of instruction, we give priority to classes, workshops, and private lesson bookings over Independent Training blocks. We will always do our best to find solutions that work for everyone, but we reserve the right to modify or cancel Independent Training bookings as a last resort in order to accommodate instructional bookings.
All Independent Training reservations must end at least 15 minutes before any class. Your time block is your time block – If your reservation is 1-3p and you show up at 1:30, your reservation still ends at 3p.
If we haven't seen or heard from you 15 minutes after your reservation starts, we may release your space/point to someone else so please contact us if you are running late but still want your remaining time.

HOW TO APPLY
The highest level of safety is our baseline standard at Circus Center.
We offer three different levels of IT approval, depending on what you want to do. Here's how to get approved for each!

1. Conditioning Only - I just want to stretch and condition without getting on any apparatus | Download the Acrobatics Form. Fill in the form and check "Floor Mats Only," then speak to your coach. After they sign off, return the form to the Front Desk in person or via info@circuscenter.org. |
2. Skills Approval - I want to practice skills on the ground or on dead-hung/pre-rigged apparatus | Download the appropriate form (Acrobatics or Aerial) and speak to your coach. |
3. Rigging Approval - I want to attach, adjust, and detach apparatus using Circus Center's rigging |
Download the Aerial form, get your instructor's approval on your skills (see above), then submit your form to the Front Desk in person or via info@circuscenter.org. Once you've received Skills Approval, you are eligible to seek Rigging Approval in one of two ways: 1) Sign up in MBO for a FREE Rigging Workshop, or 2) email info@circuscenter.org to schedule a private 30-minute rigging lesson for $35.
